The iconic De Koninck brewery of the renowned ‘Bolleke’ was acquired by Duvel Moortgat in 2010. The historic industrial site around the brewery, which is still in operation, was transformed in 2015 into an experience center. Following a call for tenders in 2021, Duvel Moortgat has decided to join forces with Triple Living and Life.be to redevelop the rest of the site around the brewery, including housing, new shops, an extension to the experience center, as well as an underground car park and new circulations on and around the site. I am advising Duvel Moortgat on this development and coordinating the project for them.
CBC HEADQUARTERS GRAND PLACE

Client: CBC Banque SA
2018 – sold in September 2018
As part of the restructuring of CBC Banque and its move to its new offices in Namur, I assisted the bank in structuring the sale of its historic headquarters on the Grand Place in Brussels, a Unesco listed site. The project was sold to the Prowinko group.

Development project of the CETIM Group, for which I was in charge of the general coordination, acquisition, structuring, leasing, financing and actual development up to cutting sales. The Residence has been operational since September 2017.

Development project of the Cetim Group started in 2012, for which I oversaw the general coordination within Cetim, from the acquisition to the resale in separate lots. Transformation of an office building into a building with 56 flats and 2 shops, located in the centre of the European quarter.
DOMAINE DU PARC

2006 – first part completed in 2011
Project of Vizzion Europe, which I oversaw from the beginning. A housing estate located close to the city centre of Luxembourg City, comprising 20 buildings with 141 flats and shops at the foot of the building.

A project of Vizzion Europe, initiated in 2007, which I oversaw until my departure at the end of 2012. Rehabilitation of an exceptional hotel site in the Canton of Vaud, by transforming it into a multifunctional resort site (hotels, chalets and leisure activities).
