After validation of the financial feasibility, I focus on the analysis of the different aspects of the project's implementation, which always represents a major impact on any real estate project. Timeframes for obtaining permits, financing, duration of construction sites, etc. are essential aspects in the analysis and feasibility of each project. Surrounded by first-class design offices, selected with the client's agreement, we set up the project in all these details in order to avoid any surprises or pitfalls during the implementation phase.
